Be.Human.Natural. Family Retreat 2023

This incredible week is designed with the whole family in mind and will combine Wim Hof Method - breathwork, movement, mindset and ice bathing, with a selection of nature- and spiritual based activities suitable for the whole family.

We will start the week with a full Wim Hof Method fundamentals workshop for adults and bushcraft and play activities for the children. There will then be a flexible daily schedule of activities including breathwork and movement, foraging and wild food cooking, camp fire circles, spiritual experiences at the world-renowned haunted house, rewilding, hiking, swimming, play and relaxation. At the end of the day we will all join back together around the camp fire to connect with each other and the nature that surrounds us.

Based at Jep's Place, an outstanding off-grid wilderness camp nestled in the forests of Borgvattnet in northern Sweden, there are a variety of accomodation options from their cosy traditional wooden cabin or luxury safari tents to your own tent. The week will be fully catered with an emphasis on natural and locally sourced food and drink.

Activities are suitable for children aged 6 years and upwards, but if yours are younger, please get in touch to duscuss alternative options. This week is designed to restore the body and mind for all members of the family.
