Summer Solstice Wim Hof Method Retreat

The birds are singing, the sunlight shines through the trees and there is an enegy in the air as we gather around the campfire to meet those that have travelled far and wide to celebrate the midsummer solstice in this special place, learning and practicing the Wim hof Method to nourish both body and mind.

This course is suitable for beginners as well as those who have been practising WHM for a while. You will first learn then master the concepts and techniques through multiple breathwork, movement and ice bathing sessions and opportunities to ask all your questions and share in everyone's experinces.

We will also be absorbing the spiritual energy in this special place and at this special time of the year with campfire circles, forest bathing, wild swimming and more to honour and celebrate our human natural selves.

Based at Jep's Place, an outstandingly beautiful off-grid wilderness camp nestled in the forests of Borgvattnet in northern Sweden, there are a variety of accommodation options available. With the accommodation booking also comes all meals for the whole weekend with an emphasis on natural, organic and locally sourced food and drink.
