We don't do things by halves here at be.human.natural - why learn the Wim Hof Method in a bathtub of ice or at home in a cold shower when you can do it in the stunning and remote forests of northern Sweden?
Guaranteed to be an unforgettable and life-changing experience, Alexander will teach you the Fundamentals course with plenty of opportunities to practice and perfect your techniques as well as provide you with an ice bathing photo in breathtaking natural surroundings; Catherine will fuel your journey with amazing, delicious and high-quality local food; Jan and Petra will teach you bushcraft skills to complement your experience and we will all celebrate your journey and success with an incredible off-grid dinner and fire ceremony. With a bit of luck, you will also get to experience the spectacular Northern Lights.
Accomodation is in rooms of two in our cosy village cottage. All food and activities are provided for the duration of your stay - please advise of any dietary requirements on booking. Transport to and from the venue is not included but transfer from Ostersund is available upon request.
