Winter Fundamentals Retreat

Guaranteed to be an unforgettable and life-changing experience, Alexander will teach you the Fundamentals course with plenty of opportunities to practice and perfect your techniques as well as provide you with ample opportunities for stunning ice bathing photos in breathtaking natural surroundings. You will also get some different cold exposure experiences such as our snowshoe hike to Jep's Place, an off-grid living centre and experience breathwork outdoors at the powerful Energy Tree. Your journey will be fuelled with amazing, delicious and high-quality local food and we will all celebrate your journey and success with an incredible off-grid dinner and fire ceremony. With a bit of luck, you will also get to experience the spectacular Northern Lights.

Accomodation is in rooms of two in our cosy village cottage. All food and activities are provided for the duration of your stay - please advise of any dietary requirements on booking. Transport to and from the venue is not included but transfer from Ostersund is available upon request (reindeer traffic jams permitting).
