Winter Solstice Retreat

An incredible Winter Travel experience for the winter solstice in the stunning icy forests of northern Sweden. Join the be.human.natural team for this unique retreat combining ice bathing, breathwork, mindset, Nature, the Spiritual Energy of the Winter Solstice, mouth-watering natural food, Dog Sledding, bushcraft and rewilding skills, and hopefully the amazing Northern Lights too.

This is the supercharged version of our weekend retreats and suitable for both those with an advanced practice as well as complete beginners. We will cover all aspects: breathwork, mindset, ice bathing and cold exposure from beginners level through to more advanced, and everyone will be supported to achieve awesome frozen-lake ice bathing.

Approximate agenda*:

Day 1: Transfer from Ostersund to Borgvattnet, dinner and introduction. Accomodation in our cosy traditional Swedish cottage.

Day 2: Breathwork, ice bathing and a winter hike. Off-grid camping at Jep's Place with tipi and campfire evening meal.

Day 3: Dog sledding and lunch in a traditional Sami ghoati. Accomodation in our cosy traditional Swedish cottage.

Day 4: Winter hike and outdoor lunch, advanced breathwork, ice bath and sauna.

Day 5: Full day winter activities. Winter Solstice ceremony.

Day 6: Breakfast, final activities and transfer back to Ostersund.
