Overview:

Drawing from the Wim Hof Method, yogic breathing and wider breathwork styles, Alexander has put together a 1-hour breathwork experience designed to open your mind, body and spirit to the energy of Borgvattnet and (optional) its famous spirit-inhabited house, the Spökprästgården.

Level: 

No previous breathwork experience is necessary and Alexander will guide you throughout the experience.

Details:

The venue can be either the Spökprästgården or be.human.natural's breathwork space in the Lighthouse or at another Nature-based location depending on the timing, your personal circumstances and to best suit the moment.
