The one-day WHM Fundamentals workshop, including an ice bath immersion, gives you a comprehensive introduction to the Wim Hof Method. Learn the techniques you need to start practising it on your own, enjoy a delicious and nutritious locally-sourced lunch and snack to fuel you through and finish with an unforgettable ice bath experience.

Options:
5 hour workshop including locally-sourced natural food lunch - 800 kr / 80 euros per person
3 hour workshop including warming drink and snack - 600 kr / 60 euros per person
Experience level:
Previous experience is not required and this workshop is suitable for absolute beginners, but can also be tailored for those with more experience.
