Happy 2022 everyone!
Thanks for joining us on an epic if somewhat turbulent 2021. As we leave the old year behind us and embrace a brand new year, what’s on your mind?
We’re not ones for new years resolutions!
They have the potential to set people up for a sense of failure if they slip up and we firmly believe that every day is a new day and a new opportunity to do something to support ourselves be that the food we eat, the ice bath we take, or the indulgent long bath that restores both mind and body and provides a welcome break from the chaos of everyday life around us. If we miss a day or a meal or an opportunity, so be it – we’ll just do what we need to get our energy back up and take the next positive opportunity we get. There are consequences enough in life, no need to add a punishment!
But a positive intention for the year is always a good thing, and with that in mind, Alexander will be aiming to follow his new years’ day dip (which was awesome by the way, do put it in your diary for next year – EVERYONE is welcome!) with the positive intention to take an ice bath every day for the whole year.
